I'm currently sending an email w/attachments from my access database. Outlook is displaying a warning that "A program is .. send email..." with choices of yes, no and help.

Q? - How do I turn off the Outlook warning in code?

Don't think can(well I've never found a way anyway) - a default security setting

You might be able to use a digital certificate,...

do a search in the office folders for selfcert.exe to create your own

then apply it to the project that calls the mapi service (in the vba editor).

depending on your mail server setup...I'm told that this works.

I know it works on a network for workbooks that have macros where users set their macro security to high.

There is no way to turn it off via code. This is a documented issue and there is a patch you can download from the MSKB website that will allow you to use apps to send email without the warning

Hi,
I am having trouble with the Outlook warnings also. Has anyone come up with a way to turn them off? The last posting was in September, so hopefully since then there has been progress on Microsoft's part on this issue.

Do a google search for "outlook object model guard redemption"
Alternatively you may consider using CDO instead of Outlook.
