I have to add Discover Card to our Reporting, but when I try to modify the 101 System Tracking - it states "Tracking in Use - can not change, delete, etc..)

How can I turn the tracking off so I can modify our reports - I was told there was a folder called "TRACKON" and "TRACKOFF" but searching the drives for these came up nothing.

the way to do it is to copy the group you want to change and then add the new item. you can then rename the old one and change all the places that reference the old one to the new one you created... don't have a system in front of me to get the details.

Does the tracking group that you want to put this in currently track something else?

If you want to change a currently inactive group, say your not using number 24. You can set the group to inactive, change the group assignment and on the next transaction the groups will be set back to active. This way you do not have to create a whole new set of totals.
