Turn off ringer off

i have to remove a station but the user has ringer off activated so i get the object in use. i tried to do a list trace stat 1234/14 (ringer off is on button 8) but that did not work. this is a remote office so i cant login as the user here, nor can i have the client press the button since that's what they pay us for. any ideas? even busy & rel wont do it.

Can you do a change on that station and program the button as something else and then remove it? Or maybe make it an "x'port and see what happens.

no, i cant make any change due to "object in use" error

another useful I related to this one is list trace st xxxxx/q which shows you the dtmf presses

I have used this when a user was having trouble accessing their voicemail; and I could see they were typing in the incorrect password
