Turn Off Relay on Sendmail 8.4- Only need outgoing email on this box

I am running on old version of sendmail, version8.4. I only need sendmail running so clients on the box can send admin mail out. I want to turn relaying off to stop spammers who are already using the box. How can I do this. Thanks
