turn off registration message?

Our entire agency uses WP9, except for our attorney's office and a few IS staff are now using WP12. Even though WP12 is registered and licensed and each copy has this information showing up in "about WP", some of our user's keep getting a message asking them if they want to register now or later.......etc.

How do we turn this off for them? I have checked Corel knowledgebase, the help in WP, etc.....

The odd thing is that some users do not get this message...they are all registered the same.

I think that Corel loads registration reminder files in the following directory C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Start Menu\Programs\Startup. You might also look in the startup folder of other users under docs and settings.
