I did do a search on this and did not see a direct answer. We have a older partner system that uses 18D phones. The company president dosent want to hear the overhead paging on his speaker automatically when all page intercom announcements are made. How do I turn off his extention # (12) from hearing pages that go both troughout the building and over all of the partner phones?

So just to be clear because phones are new to me....

I walk to extension #10. Then push # button then dial 502, then dial 1 then dial 12 then dial 2.

Am I correct?

George

No, go into System Programming first:

At Ext. 10, Feaure 00, Left Intercom Twice, then #502-1-12-2, Feature 00

Thanks! you are Da man!

Now if I could only figure out why the Voicegate the voice wizard voice mail system can only hold three messages before it starts to cut off callers.....

But thanks again you are Great!

The flash card on the Wizard WILL fill with log files. Once the drive is full with these useless files it only has room for a few messages at a time.

It been a while but you log in with a laptop and shutdown the Voice mail to a system prompt then you go thru the file system looking for logs. I forget if they are TXT or LOG files then you delete them. It is risky but it better than having a useless voice mail hanging on the wall.
