Turn off Office Assistant in Office 2000 for users

HI,

I got a problem withthe office assistant of office 2000. it keeps on saying:
Do you want to install the office-assistant again? only with normal users. Administrators dont get this message. Is sible to turn this off?

Best way really is to re-install Office and not install the assistants at all.
