Turn off MOH on a single exension

We have a subscriner with in a larger group that doesn't want MOH when placing callers on hold nor when transferring. Does anyone know if I can disable MOH for a single extension only?

might be possible with 3300 if you put the user in a different tenant.

would need the different tenant option. COS MOH options are only to have music through the set.
