Turn off microsoft access security notice when using runtime

Hi,

everytime my compiled DB is opened on a machine with runtime they have to click 'open' against a very annoying pop up.

How do i stop this from appearing, as this is runtime and so trust center is not available?

This is Access 2010 runtime.
