Turn off external ring

Hopefully this is easy.

All of our external calls ring on all the phones. How can I turn off the external ringer and only have the internal (double ring) come through?

It really depends on which version system and software you're using. As well you need to know how to access and navigate through the programming screens. I recommend you hire a qualified vendor.
