Turn-off e-mail distribution to certain users?

We have employees that do not and (for various reasons) cannot have speakers at their desk. Some users have trouble remembering to listen to the voicemail via the telephone before opening it in their inbox. Is there a way to turn-off the e-mail notification and force users to listen via telephone only?

Hi Implantit, when you refer to email notification do you mean access to the Outlook Client or Web Client? Or simply the Notification via email that you have a new voicemail message? Just need a little clarification if possible. Thx
