Turn off default script debugger

How do I turn off MS Script Debugger as default. Mine ain't working so I wnat to switch defaults. Now it always comes up and I can't find where to disable it.

Tools -> Internet Options -> Advanced -> "Browsing" -> Disable Script Debugging

The last option may be repeated, with "(Internet Explorer)" and "(Other)" as suffixes. Just check them both.
