Turn Off DCHP On IPO500 1

Hi,

I am Trying to set an IPO500 to client rather than server.

I gave the unit a static Lan address but the damn thing
keeps reverting back to the 42.1 address.

Any help would be appreciated

Go in to the Lan 1 tab under system, below where you put in the static IP address there is a setting for "DHCP Mode". Since you have given it a static IP Address, change this setting to disabled and then reboot.

Finally got it upgraded ( Thanks for the Help with the Password) and finally got it on the Network.

Now i only have to set up callcenter VM Pro and the rest.

No Doubt i will be back for more help, Been 2yrs since i worked on IPO.

I think it is time for class or time to hire a certified company to do this for you !!!
Setting up a call centre while you do not know the basic stuff if a joke in my eyes !!!
