When a caller dials a DID of another line in our office. That call keeps showing up on my line and another users line. I believe it is doing this becuase I was "experimenting" with copying the system settings of another set. How do I turn off the Answer DN feature?

Go into system programming.
Terminals&Sets - Show
Show set - Enter extension number
223:223 - Show
Line access - Show
Line assignment - Press Next until you see
Answer DNs - Show
Show set: enter the extension number that the DID number is supposed to be assigned to.
225: assigned - Change to unassigned. MRoberts

That was a great tip, but it didn't work. I did resolve it by copying the system-only settings from another set. But thanks a million, I learned something new. I wish I could get DVD based trainer on the MICS.
