This is for a Norstar CICS 6.0 with a call pilot. My customer has a part time receptionist Mon and Weds and we would like the CCR/Auto Attendant to have 4 rings on the main lines before picking up - when she is there, and no rings when she is not. Would this be a night button or use the time schedule... basically what is the best way to accomplish the switch from 0-4 rings on the main line auto attendant pickup.
