turkish font problem on photoshop 8

I can not type turkish characters, all the fonts are turkish, there was no problem on photoshop 5,5.

I also can not select multiple language from character box it is closed. Do you have any idea.

were they always Turkish fonts in in 8.0?
do you want Turkish fonts?
