You can also go to Borland's site and DL it for free (TASM 5.0.) But you don't get any manuals with it though.

I'm personally using TASM 5.3 for Windows (tasm5.3d is actually the same TASM but with integrated WDOSX extender and runs under pure DOS) - it supports MMX and 3D Now!
Get it before the site goes down !!!!!
