Tunnel within a Tunnel

I belive the answer is no but I want to confirm.

Currently one of our remote VPN Sites is trying to use Checkpoints Secure remote VPN Client to access a remote site. The client is using udp to make its connection. Since we already have a Site-2-Site with our remote office can they launch this VPN Client to establish another client to site tunnle?
