tunnel SDP's with GRE on cisco 2610 ?

I have to create a connection to a remote ATM device via an Alcatel-Lucent 7750 on our network, our network is IP.
Our network does not support MPLS so we have to tunnel SDP's with GRE. The output of the cisco has to connect to T1 IMA.

My router here 2610 has 3 WIC 1DSU T1, 1 WIC 1T, 1 2E + 2W (2 Ethernet port & 2 WIC) the main eth 0/0 .

I would like to know if I can do it with this router ? if so, which IOS will I need ?

ATM BOX ---> ALU 7750 ---> IP cloud ---> Cisco 2610 Eth -> WIC 1 DSU T1 ---> T1 IMA BOX
