Tunk call delay in OS4K V10

Dear Friends

We have installed OS4K V10 system at customer place ,the same system is interconnect with third party PABX system through PRI line provided by service provider.

The distance between two PABX systems are about 8 KM and Service provider has provided lease line to interconnect the PABX systems.

From third party pabx system called to our Unify pabx the call is delayed for maturing the call.

is there any parameter to check in Unify system,please help me to fix this issue.

You should use the Assistant RDS tracer to check what signalling takes place when the call matures.

On some V10 versions RDS does not work properly, have to try it.
