Tungsten can't sync

I set up a different computer for a staff member, and installed Palm desktop on it. When she tries to sync, she gets an error message that sync terminated because a program didn't respond. How can I find out which program is the problem? Or should I just reset her Palm from scratch as well? Or should I uninstall and reinstall the Palm desktop?

I had a similar problem (I couldn't install anything on my T2). I reinstalled PalmDesktop and it worked fine. I'd recomend trying that.
