TTY Ports

I have CS1000E RLS 5.0. The tty ports hanged on the system, so I can't access the system. When I restart the MGC the tty ports work will for a while and go hanged again. I try to use ports on another MGC put I have the same problem. Is there batch file for this problem or what I can do for this issue?

How's the patch/loadware level on your MGCs?
Have yon tried to delete the TTY ports and rebuild them again?

I have same issue with on of my site. Must be one of the recall MGC..

If your MGC is not the problem, are you trying to use TTY ports for the Call Server, or TTY ports built against the MGC?

If you are trying to access the system on TTY ports on the Call Server, make sure you are using the correct TTY cable attached to the Call Server - 3-port cable for SSC, 2-port cable for CPPM.
