If it is an old RS6000 just google for some thing like "db9 rs232 pin" or look here: becaue it is a standard 9 pin rs232 serial port.
If it is a power5 system you may have a problem because the 9 pin ports are connected to the service processor and AIX uses a virtual tty driver to access them, they do not fully support rs232, although the pin out is the same.
