Does anyone know a few TTY (teletypewriter) phones that are compatible with Microsoft Teams? I cannot find anything helpful on the internet. Thanks in advance for your help.

Teletype no, haven't touched one in 30 years, and that was headed to the scrap bin after cleaning out an old storage room. Try looking for a TDD (Telecommunications Device for the Deaf) device, or better yet a transcription service that can integrate with Teams.

Not that I know of, but it would be an interesting project. What's the concept -- I mean, there's already chat in teams, couldn't the hearing-impaired person just use that or am I missing something?
Or are you saying you want speech to text (where people are speaking, and it's converted to text for the hearing impaired)?
