TTY Phones or Software

Have a customer who occasionally recives TTY calls. They are about to switch over to a 3300MXe. They would like to be able to able to transfer a call to a modem on a pc and conduct the call that way rather than a seperate TTY phone with a cradle. Has anyone dealt with this and would have any suggestions. Thank you

On the application. I believe on the MITEL side you would simply connect a modem to an analog port to which to transfer the call to. Looking for product advice or suggestions.
