tty console cable source recommendations?

Gentlemen;

We used to construct our own such cables but now that we have several servers in multiple locations we wish to purchase pre-made cables. Can anyone please recommend a good source for such DB9 to DB25 cables with the appropriate pinning that actually WORK?
