Implementing a new TTY setup (having never done this before) and everything seems to be working up to the point where the call hits the one-X Agent, but because TTY devices are silent unless transmitting, the one-X seems to be unable to detect that a TTY call is coming in. The "Initiate TTY" button never becomes active.
I'm wondering if having a .WAV file in "TTY language" in the vector would get the contacting party's TTY to respond so that the one-X Agent will get the "Initiate TTY" button to activate. If so, where does one obtain such an announcement, since we do not have an actual TTY device in house?
