TTY 0,1,2,3 ARE DSBL HOW WOULD I ENL

Friends,
When I LD 37 and stat shows
tty 0,1,2,3 dsbl and 5,6 enl
doing a enl tty 0,1,2,3 gives me a err006.
what would my next steps be.

are those vtty's, if so they will always stat dsbl, it's not a problem, if

enl tty 0

does not work and it's a "hard" tty, then go to 22 and prt adan tty 0, might need to find the card and enable that card
