does anyone know where to locate any docs on Text to Speech ??
as i have to install it soon ,and i dont have a clue where to start

Get the toolkit from the IPO Downloads section - has a whole section on it

Its a subset of Voicemail Pro so look in those docs. TTS is pretty painless, Email Reading not so.
