Hi experts!
After asking assistance local company - and they didn´t solve the problem - decided to ask you for help.
We have an IPO 500 8, running VoiceMail Pro 8 . All the applicable licenses - according to the local company - were applied, but right now, we are just able to use TTS in english. We tried:
- Checking if Microsoft SAPI is available in portuguese and installed;
- Checking licenses;
- Changing IPO locale to pt-br;
- Changing language in VoiceMail Pro to portuguese (language selection);
- Applying a xml tag to force LANGID to 416;
Nothing happens, and we are still trying to figure out what is going on. Can someone please give a hand ?
