TTR Issue

I have a site with Magix 3.0 several 408 MLX cards, an 800 DID, Magix Messaging, and 016 tip/ring card in that order.

We have had several issues with the analog DIDs going to the invalid destination even though they are passing the digits correctly (digi-grabber). I tested that the third and fourth TTRs were bad which could cause the issue so I replaced the Messaging. Here is the wierd thing, the same TTRs are still bad. Slot 6 has the 800 DID (1&2 TTRs), slot 7 has the messaging (3&4), and the 016 tip/ring is in slot 9 (5,6,7&8).

Could I have gotten two bad messaging units?

Possible, but somewhat unlikely.

If you could, move the MESSAGING to a different slot.

Busy it out where it is, (SLOT 7) and move it to SLOT 9, and see if that changes anything.

It could be a power supply issue, but I doubt it.

Go into inventory and check the HW VINT:, FW VINT: APP VINT: of the 016 card. Should be HW VINT: 52, FW VINT: 12, APP VINT: 27. If not you need to upgrade the card.
