Using Terminal Services Web Client in Windows 2000, prior to connecting to a remote computer the web page shows this message "When the connection page opens, you can add it to your Favorites for easy connection to the same computer".

However, after I connect, I cannot see how to add the connection to my favorites. If I try to add the connection to my favorites, all it gives me is the link to the starting web page for TSWEB, and NOT the connection to the remote computer. It's a pain to remember and type in the ip address each time I want to access a remote computer using this method.

Any ideas?

I had been banging my head over this one for the last few days. The answer appears to be that the address HAS in fact been remembered. Just leave the address field blank, click connect and you should get through. At least that's how it is with the connection I've been setting up. Embarrassingly simple, but not obvious.
