tsv file deleting

We are on Mercator 6

Today our most active tsv file went missing three times

This happend once before almost a year ago

Would anyone have an idea as to why this would happen?

What platform?

Version 6.0, 6.1, 6.5 or 6.7*

Curious, is this a Commerce/Partner Manager tsv?

This is on an Intel box with Windows 2003 service pack 1

The Mercator version is 6.7.1.

As far as I know it is a commerce manager file

It lives here Mercator\cmgr\mmgr\share

It contains a date/serial number that increments and is posted to an Oracle database on set periods

FYI, I've run it on 2003 without issue. I doubt its your problem. I don't believe 6.7.1 was certified for use with 2003. That may have changed since the last time I checked.

Are the missing files in folder Mercator\cmgr\mmgr?

yes Mercator\cmgr\mmgr\share

last year we lost three tsv files all this one and two others of the same type, all contained serial numbers

Not the 'share' folder. Are they in the 'mmgr' folder?

Also look for this log file... valtp.log and post the results here.

sorry, also can you look in partner manager and tell me if any of your trading partners have a hyphon in their ISA entries?
