I have just got a TSR 901 0481 cable with a TLU76/1.
Could you please draw or describe how to put RJ45 connector on the end!

singhbrindisi you send correct and standard connection RJ 45
but few weeks ago I was connected other device (Primux) to my MD and
in Primux Manual I find how to put RJ 45 on the end:
PrimuX PIN 3 ! TX (adapter transmits)
PrimuX PIN 4 ! RX (adapter receives)
PrimuX PIN 5 ! RX (adapter receives)
PrimuX PIN 6 ! TX (adapter transmits)

So for ExtensionManager if it possible (or have a problem) find in your external device manual how RJ can be connected

Are you trying to connect extension manager DNA server to a TLU76?

Isnt this connecting to an IPU or NIU.?
Are you using RS232 at extension manager PC or ethernet?
if ethernet should be 1-2 & 3-6 at RJ45.

Make the connections as suggested before...I am using 3810/ 3600 with the same diagram...

One more question: how long cam the cable be?
Is it extendable? Can it be connected to the MDF?

Of course it can be extended using the MDF...
Well never tested the length but seems like with STP it could easily work for 100 mts...& more with COAX...
