TSP crash on BCM50

We have a BCM50 with LAN CTE running on Windows Server 2003. The TSP seems to crash at least every day, sometimes several times a day. The windows event viewer reports:

Faulting application svchost.exe, version 5.2.3790.3959, faulting module EnterpriseEdge.tsp, version 114.1.0.10, fault address 0x0000d915.

Any ideas what causes this? Anyone know of any patches to the tsp?

What s/w version is the BCM? Is it up to date w/ patches?
