tsm tivoli agent gets killed on Solaris

We have a bunch of Solaris hosts on which the tsm agent gets killed for some reason. Anyone else seen this problem before ? How do I identify what's killing it ?

tsm is tivoli from IBM, I should have posted this in the IBM TSM forum.

The tsm agent is the part which runs on a backup client and communicates with Tivoli running on the backup server.
