Can anyone tell me if TSM has support for Sybase and if so how? Do they have a Database agent or are they using a third party like BSM?

TSM will support any database if you are a good DBA and dump your db's. What platform is your sybase db running on?
TSM also has TDP clients for alot of different things also.
