Hello, I am looking for a way to triger backups of different filesystems on the same client.
- At the moment I have 6 schedules for each filesystem I have. (And yes, I do know that INCR will do a backup off all filesystems on it's own) ... I need to be able to initiate specific incremental backups and not having to deal with 6 schedules.
- One option would be to have the client initiate the backups using DSMC INCR FS... but that would remove the flexibility from TSM.
Has anyone mamaged to build a script that does this type of stuff ? ... even for different clients it would still be usefull.
