TSM Configuration error

Hi,
Can anybody give me information to solve my problem ?

- I can't access web client interface from ://hostname:1581. How to solve it ?

- The backup process can't move automatically from disk pool to the tape device pool. How to configure it?

What error message(s) are you getting when you try and connect to

http://hostname.com:1581

The error message is cannot find server or DNS Error

But, when i have no problem when try to access web administrative page by using //hostname:1580/
