TSM client 5.1

I have TSM (4.3 32bit) client on AIX 5.1 32bit server. I have modified the following files:
dsm.sys
SErvername ADSM
COMMmethod TCPip
TCPPort 1500
TCPServeraddress suprspr1
PASSWORDACCESS GENERATE

dsm.opt
SErvername ADSM

I am getting the following error:
ANS2600S- Browser trying to establish connection to client received socket exception:java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused:connect
I have the client process up and running.
This is from the webclient log:

as I can see you have a TSM 5.1 on a AIX 4.3 system (not as you described above). Is it so ?

Okay, if you call the webbrowser from a Win-Server then try installing Internet Explorer Version 6 on it.

Internet Explorer Version 6 is required for installation of a TSM-Server on Windows, so I think that even for browsing the same version is needed.
