TSM and Backup Exec

Hello,
I have installed Backup exec with TSM option. There are 10 slots but 2 of them are offline (slot 3 and 7) and I can not bring them online in Backup Exec. If I try to perfom any operation on these slots log from BE shows:
ERROR = 0x0000045D (ERROR_IO_DEVICE). Any ideas? Who should I speak to IBM or Symantec?

I would go for symantec, as it is a symantec product with a tsm plugin.
Is the BE server the only one accessing the tapedevices ? Or do you have other backup servers accessing the tapedevices ? If so , could well be that one of those has a reservation on those 2 drives, or has placed them offline or so.

Thanks for reply. BE is the only server that uses TSM. Symantec sent me to IBM.
