Does anyone know the ramifications of changing the IP address of an existing Citrix server? We set up 2 TSE4.0/MF1.8 servers years ago with the wrong IP scheme and want to change them to a new non-routable subnet. To make matters more complicated, they are load balanced. Do the client icons need to be changed assuming this is a reasonable idea? I'd hate to reinstall.

The clients would have to be modified with the new IP addreses if they are in a different subnet. There is ways to script it depending on your setup.

Changing Ip address should not be a problem except with the master browser. I would shutdown both servers and bring up one server at a time to change the IP addresses. You should be OK.

The only time I have ever seen a problem with this is with servers that had Duel NICs enabled. If you don't have Duel NICs "enabled", then your golden.
