TSE reboots itself

A server TSE 4 (Metaframe 1.8 SP2) that shuts down on its own. We have Novell Client 4.8 (SP3) running on it so it can login and get certain drive mappings. Every so often it looses the drive mappings/freezes then Memory Dumps. There was an error referencing "wfica32.exe" around the time it rebooted. I need to know if I have to reinstall Metaframe 1.8 SP2 (tried sp3 and had bad things happen) to solve this issue. And, is this going to help? Does this sound like a hardware issue? I do not have enough space for a Memory.dmp file so is there any other solution?

The first 2 lines of the memory dump are important. Post that up if you have it. You can search Microsoft's website using the information on the first 2 to search for the possible cause.
