TSE as NTP/Time server for 6755i

Hi everyone, a few questions:
1. Can we use the TSE (SLES) as the time server for the 6755i SIP phones?
2. Is the NTP configuration in yast for the TSE as a client or as NTP server?

We have a partner in Thailand that want to use the TSE as the time server because they could not find the timezone for Thailand on the phones. An alternative though is to use another that is UTC+7 that is available on the 6755i such as Russia?
