TSClient Session Via Dialup

Hi ,,
Whenever i try to connect a Tsclient session from Dialup to My Win 2000 Server ,it gives a message that your server is Buzy to perform this operation,even if no application is running on it .

I have a 512 kbps ADSL Internet Connection on My server.
Please Guide..

It might be a licensing issue. Are you running TS in remote admin mode or Application server mode?
