Hi. I am interested in installing TSAPI on a Linux Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.4 (Maipo) server. I have tried with the different versions that there are in the web page and I can not install it because it gives me problem with different libraries of the system. What Linux distribution and version is necessary ?.

Thank

TSAPI is a protocol offered by Avaya AES. Genesys could be a client of that and use it to monitor phones or calls.

There's a standalone TSAPI client you can download from devconnect that you can use to test connectivity to your AES

They only seem to have clients for RHEL 5 and 6
