TS Licensing - Migrate to a new server

I have an older servicer with TS licensing installed, which needs to be decommissioned. This will require my TS licensing to be migrated to a new server, and presumably also re-activated. I've been doing quite a bit of searching around and while there is adequate information on both activating the licensing in the first place, and also on deactivating it, there is nothing I can find on migrating it to a new box.

Anybody done this before?
