has anyone have any tips on moving TS licensing service from a w2k server to a w2k3 box? my TS Lic experice is limited, and am looking for any pointers that will minimize how late i will be staying on the night of the conversion.

Basically there is nothing your moving, registration wise. You shut the old box off and call MS for new license keypacks for the 2003 server.
