TS Gateway licensing

I would like to drop a TS Gateway box in as a front for an existing TS farm that is running on Windows 2003 server.

We have all the TS User CALS already in place for the 2003 boxes but I'm confused as to whether I need any additional TS licenses for the 2008R2 box that will run TS gateway.

Do I need any more TS licensing to cover the TS Gateway server??
