I set up terminal server for the first time for remote desktop and the xp clients cant connect over the web. I installed the windows component on them but still no go when I type in the outsideip/tsweb in the browser....I know this is pretty basic question but I've never setup TS on the server side and I may be missing some standard settings that I didnt see explained when I searched for similar topics at this site...
 
If using the web interface, make sure you are using https instead of http and you need to let port 443 through the firewall.

If not using SSL, then you must use http and allow port 80.
